started my new job last week :)
It was actually alright, despite the fact I really didn’t wanna go! aha, I have a few people there I already knew though which was ideal when it came to lunch breaks, no awkward conversations or silences hahah.
I’ve never learnt so much about gas and electricity in my whole life. Obvioulsy its not my first choice job, but its just to get me through summer, and who knows, I might absolutely love being a sales girl ;)
I hope I somehow end up inbetween Melissa and Raf when we get on the telephones, would be jooookessss..
Today me and Melissa spent all day in this REDIC heat by custard castle, it was lovely :)
Now I’m getting ready to go out for the first time in like a month, Chris Brown in ma ears, dancing round the room, wooooooooo letz goooo
had the loveliest day chilling with Melissa in the sun :}
I’m actually feeling really happy today.
I got two interviews in one day (this happened last time I got a job ha), one for a job with one of my best friends in a call center, 12-8 Monday to Friday with a very nice pay package for someone my age living at home..
OR
Dune shoes in House of Fraser in Cabot Circus. I’m not really sure how many hours it was.. but I’m guessing its around a standard kind of wage for a retail shop.
I’m really stuck though!
Do a job that -
1) I get to see my friend every day
2) I get lots of money for lots of nice clothes
3) I get to sit down all day (better for my leg)
4) I get weekends off
BUT
I get hardly any free time
Its in a call center which I have no idea if I’ll like it or not
OR
1) A job in retail, which is what I know and can be good at if I try
2) I get more free time and days off
3) A job in retail is better for my career path
4) I get to talk/work with what I potentially love (fashion)
BUT
I’ll get less money
I’ll be on my feet all day
I have no idea if I can actually stand up for a full 8 hours….
OHHHHHH GOD. ahah what to choose.
